Colliers International | Richmond has been retained by the Owner of 3200 West Broad Street, Pineapple Acquisitions, LLC (c/o Better Housing Coalition), to obtain offers to purchase or redevelop the property with their participation as a joint venture partner or any combination thereof. This entire city block of approximately 2.3 acres, is located in the Scott’s Addition neighborhood, contains a six-story building of 136,000 square feet and a two-level structured parking deck. The property was formerly used as a hotel and is located in an Enterprise Zone. The Richmond City Council rezoned the site last year to TOD-1.
